YOUNGSTOWN — One man died and another was wounded during a late Saturday night shooting at an apartment on Magnolia Avenue.

Tavares Jones died upon arriving at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital shortly after 10 p.m., according to a Youngstown police news release.

The other victim, Delataire White, who suffered gunshot wounds to his legs, was treated and released at St. Elizabeth.

Both victims were in the kitchen / living room area when the shots were fired through a front screen door, the police report states.

As of Sunday evening, police said they had no suspects.
