Warren man faces string of Mahoning felonies

YOUNGSTOWN – A Warren man was indicted on four felony charges by a Mahoning County grand jury.

David Randall Parke, 23, 5272 Calla Ave. NW, Warren, faces charges of possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, identity fraud and obstructing official business. If found guilty, Parke could be sentenced to a maximum of six years in prison.

Parke was arrested in early March in Austintown. He is being held at the Mahoning County Justice Center on a $20,000 bond.

Also indicted last week by the grand jury was Jermain Bunn, 39, 4003 Rush Blvd., Youngstown, who faces felony charges connected with the April 3 shooting death of 30-year-old Michael Pete. Police reports state Bunn was wounded in a gunfight with Pete outside an East Evergreen Avenue home.

Bunn, who was released from the hospital to the county jail, faces one count each of murder, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with firearm specifications, one count of having weapons while under disability and one count of tampering with evidence.

Bunn, who faces a potential life sentence, had his case directly presented to the grand jury and no bond has been set in the case.

l Margaret E. Moyer, 43, 4939 E. Calla Road, New Middletown, theft and four counts of forgery;

l Gregory A. Fleischer, 59, 2030 Medford Ave., Youngstown, four counts operating a vehicle while intoxicated;

l Christopher Gordon, 30, 472 Fairgreen Ave., Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle;

l Larry McHellon, 29, 106 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, possession of heroin and obstructing official business;

l Seth Robinson, 30, state Route 45, Lisbon, cocaine possession;

l Robert Tovarnak, 47, 189 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, cocaine possession;

l Terrence D. Howell Jr., 26, 1002 Arch St., Youngstown, robbery and domestic violence;

l Dustin Lee Kaglic, 31, 17579 Rapids Road, Burton, one count each possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs, two counts possession of drugs;

l Stanislaw Labedz, 43, 1291 Bexley Ave., Youngstown, felonious assault;

l Thomas L. Yaegel, 39, Lebanon, Ohio, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

l Kevin L. Stoffer, 19, 4005 South Ave., Youngstown, aggravated robbery and robbery;

l Deandre Johnson, 21, 595 Como St., Struthers, possession of heroin with forfeiture specification;

l John A. Beeson, 46, homeless, charge of failure to notify change of address;

l Tylon J. King, 28, Euclid, forgery;

l Cametrius Adams, 49, 48 St. Louis St., Youngstown, three counts aggravated possession of drugs, and one count each possession of drugs and identity fraud;

l Jamela Chatman, 21, 907 Lyden St., Youngstown, theft;

l Jeremee Davis, 27, 416 Kenmore St., Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons;

l Nicholas Drabek, 25, 41 N. Bruce Ave., Youngstown, heroin possession;

l Ashley Hall, 27, 2925 Shirley Road, Youngstown, possession of heroin and cocaine with fofeiture specifications;

l Bryon Henderson, 60, 1840 Market St., Youngstown, cocaine possession with forfeiture specification;

l Robert McFarland, 63, 64 Willow Drive No. 3, Boardman, possession of heroin;

l Shalaya Mitchell, 24, 20 N. Wickliffe Circle, Austintown, violating protection order and misdemeanor charges of assault and endangering children;

l Deandre Williams, 21, 2255 Goleta Ave., Youngstown, robbery;

l Romero Davis, 19, 2027 Pointview Ave., Youngstown, felonious assault;

l Jessica Edmonds, 27, 597 W. Warren Ave., Youngstown, identity fraud and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle;

l Abron Hobby, 34, 363 W. Delason Ave., Youngstown, one count each possesion of heroin, cocaine possession with forfeiture specifications and tampering with evidence;

l Lataraka Jackson, 22, 1543 Republic St., Youngstown, possession of heroin and cocaine, and a count of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility;

l Aric Longcoy, 25, 1625 Mayfield Ave., Youngstown, possession of LSD;

l Ashley Sellars, 22, 376 Crandall Ave., Youngstown, felonious assault; and

l Bridget Ann Knight, 35, Phillips Street, New Castle, Pa., two counts each illegal processing of drug documents and deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

The following case was secretly indicted by the grand jury:

l Jane Doe, one count of theft and one count of forgery.

The following cases did not return indictments (no billed):

l Giovanni Graci, 29, Highland Way, Streetsboro, two counts of burglary and a count of voyeurism.

l Christopher Cordero, 29, 124 S. Garland, Ave., Youngstown, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
