Grand jury: 35 indicted

WARREN – A total of 35 people were indicted Thursday by a Trumbull County grand jury, including four people who were secretly indicted. Those four names will be revealed after arrests are made.

Among the indictments were four inmates serving prison sentences at Trumbull Correctional Institution, including:

l James Conley, 28, possession of deadly weapon while under detention.

l Christopher Smith, 48, harassment with a bodily substance.

l Cory Howard, 23, harassment with a bodily substance.

l Robert Johnson, 26, assault.

Two other cases were returned to lower courts since the charges handed up are misdemeanors:

l Maurice Leshawn Bryant, 26, Shady Lane, Warren, assault (remand to Warren Municipal Court).

l Lesha Rose Faulkner, 27, Bushnell Campbell Road, Kinsman, misuse of credit cards (remand to Eastern District Court).

The report also contained the bill of information against Ralph Michael Durso, 44, of Fenton Street, Niles, who was sentenced to seven months in prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

Others indicted on felony charges and scheduled to be arraigned at 11 a.m. April 14 before Common Pleas Judge Peter Kontos are:

l Kevin A. Mughes, 33, Meadowbrook S.E., Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Patrick Murray, 56, Mercer Street, Warren, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

l Britaney Nicole Newell, 25, Naylor Lloyd Road, Girard, burglary and receiving stolen property.

l Kristen Vanetten, 29, Roosevelt Drive, Youngstown, theft and tampering with records.

l Robert P. Kendall III, 24, Roosevelt Drive, Youngstown, theft and tampering with records.

l Jessica Mae Humenik, 29, Youngstown Kingsville Road, Vienna, possession of cocaine.

l Michael Anthony Nuzzi, 55, High Street, Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Julius Casale Jordan, 43, Union Street, Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Michael S. Fisher, 41, Briarbrook Road N.E., Warren, two counts of OVI with prior OVI conviction, and vehicle forfeiture.

l Danny Joe Sellards, 32, Pratt Street, Ravenna or Township Road, Southpoint, grand theft.

l Amber Star Tabor, 23, Belmont Avenue N.E., Warren, burglary; receiving stolen property.

l Amber L. Andreatta, 28, Oak Knoll S.E., Warren, six counts: theft of drugs.

l Angelo T. Vecchio II, 34, Tibbetts Wick Road, Girard, robbery.

l Jason R. Burns, 33, Angiline Road, Boardman, possession of heroin; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of drugs.

l Timothy Lee Goett, 46, Elm Road N.E., Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Alexander Petro Olejnik, 20, Charles Avenue or Johnson Plank, receiving stolen property.

l Jessica E. Franks, 33, Addison Road, Masury, theft; receiving stolen property; two counts of misuse of credit cards.

l William J. Miller, 36, Palmyra Road, Warren, failure to notify sheriff of change of address.

l William Roy Mills, 45, Warren Burton Road, Southington, possession of cocaine.

l Terry Thomas Turner, 23, Washburn Road, Hiram, possession of heroin.

l Andrew F. Greskovich, 24, Templeton Road N.W., Warren, burglary.

l Donald Lamar Jones, 25, Hemlock S.W., Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Joseph Harvath, 18, Warren Ravenna Road, Newton Falls, receiving stolen property.

l Antonio Lemar Dukes, 26, Brier Street S.E., Warren, assault.

l Lewis Michael Moler, 58, Potomac Avenue, Niles, breaking and entering, tampering with evidence and two counts receiving stolen property.

The grand jury chose not to indict the following:

l Keith Richard Lelesch, 33, Fulton Street, Niles, aggravated burglary.

l Antenero Blessed Be Fudge, 34, Risher Road, having weapons under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.

l Christopher Alan Bunch, 23, Kenilworth S.E., Warren, possession of cocaine.

l Faulkner, two counts receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards.

l Bryant, felonious assault.

l Miller, duty to register.
