WARREN -- A fatal shooting at Park Place 24 Tavern early Monday morning marks the third homicide this year in Warren.
At about 2:01 a.m., a Warren police report states officers responded to an emergency call at 2185 Parkman Road near Family Dollar, where they discovered a deceased individual at the scene.
The victim, identified only as an unknown black male, had sustained gunshot wounds.
The Warren Police Department is actively seeking information related to this case and anyone with information is urged to come forward and contact Detective Frank Tempesta at (330) 841-2651. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to determine what happened.
