WARREN -- City police believe alcohol was a contributing factor in an all-terrain vehicle crash that killed one person.
According to police, the driver of the ATV was killed and the passenger was seriously injured in the crash that happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday on a repurposed trail south of Burton Street SE and west of Wallace Street SE.
The names of the victims have not been released.
