WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury decided against charging Brittany Watts with charges related to a miscarriage, according to a special grand jury report released this afternoon.

Watts, of Tod Avenue NW, initially had been charged with abuse of corpse, a fifth-degree felony. The case has garnered national attention.
