WARREN -- A 17-year-old pleaded not guilty to murder and bond was set at $1 million by Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Cynthia W. Rice.
Gavin Roberts was arrested last year in connection with the Nov. 19, 2022, shooting death of 37-year-old Brice Hilton of Farrell, Pa.
Roberts appeared for his arraignment Wednesday.
A pre-trial hearing will be held for Roberts on May 17. Despite being charged as an adult, assistant Prosecutor Christopher Becker said Roberts will be held at the Trumbull County Juvenile Justice Center until the case is heard.
