WARREN TOWNSHIP – An SUV slammed into three vehicles parked in front of the Warren Township fire station Saturday, demolishing one pickup truck and damaging two other vehicles.
Two of the damaged vehicles were firefighters’ private vehicles. The third vehicle was owned by a woman visiting the fire station and who had exited her vehicle just seconds earlier.

The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. Saturday. The motorist who apparently lost control of his vehicle as he drove west on West Market Street. The driver slammed into a parked pick-up truck, pushing it into two other parked cars at 4750 West Market St.
The driver of the vehicle was cited, but no name has been released.
A video on the township fire department website shows the SUV veering off the road, crossing the concrete entrance to the fire station, before smashing into the pickup truck parked outside.
The truck was pushed into another vehicle.
A pedestrian was just steps away from her car at the time of the crash, but managed to escape unharmed.
The driver of the vehicle that slammed into others was treated for minor injuries, according to fire officials.
The crash is being investigated by the Ohio Highway Patrol.
