WARREN — A town hall meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, at W.D. Packard Music Hall, when city leaders will discuss ways Warren may use $28 million of American Rescue Plan funds.
Mayor Doug Franklin and officials will host the meeting with members of city council, as well as community partners, neighborhood groups, area residents and business leaders.
The city is also requesting that Warren residents, business owners located within the city, and other stakeholders complete an American Rescue Plan survey, found at https://warren.org/arp-survey. Data gathered from this will be used to inform the city’s plan.
