WARREN — The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department and Drug Enforcement Agency agents out of Youngstown surrounded a house at 2039 Milton St. SE. at 1 p.m. Thursday. Several DEA officers were in the front yard as other officers were seen going into the house.
