WARREN – A jury recommended Nasser Hamad be sentenced to life in prison with a chance at being paroled in 30 years.
Hamad, 48, was convicted of killing two people and wounding three others during a Feb. 25 shooting outside his home on state Route 46 in Howland.
Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Ronald Rice will impose a sentence 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
The same jury that convicted the Howland man last week started its second day in deliberations before 9 a.m. today.
