WARREN – A man who called 911 overnight to report he had shot and killed his wife inside their northern Trumbull County home is in Trumbull County Jail, expected to be arraigned Tuesday on murder charges.
Ricky Green, 59, of 2594 Wakefield Creek Road, Farmdale, was booked into the jail at 4:19 a.m. today. Sheriff’s deputies found his wife Janell Green, 56, shot to death inside the home. They are listing “jealousy and rage” as the motive.
Ricky Green, who is disabled, was arrested without incident early this morning and taken first to an area hospital complaining of chest pains. He was treated and released to deputies, and then he was booked into the county jail.
