HISTORY OF SODA FOUNTAINS: The "History of Soda Fountains" with Kast Iron Soda Works will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the McKinley Birthplace Home in Niles. Discover the fizzy history of soda fountains with Kast Iron Soda Works, an official nonalcoholic beverage partner of America250-Ohio. TEEN SCENE: The McKinley Memorial Library in Niles will offer Teen Scene: Social Inter-snack-tion from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the McKinley Birthplace Home for teens ages 12 to 18 Teens will be able to sample building block themed treats while creating Lego projects. SUICIDE AWARENESS: Grief & Loss in Motion will host a Suicide Awareness Walk 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Brookfield Local School District's football stadium, 604 Bedford Road. The event also will feature basket raffles, local vendors, community resource tables, suicide prevention information and opportunities to remember loved ones lost to suicide.
FALL IN THE WOODS: The annual Fall in the Woods by Wooden Barn Shop will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Hartford Hill Winery, 3864 Bushnell Campbell Road, Fowler. There will be specialty vendors, foot trucks, music and a kids zone. Parking is free. Admission is $3.
TREASURE SALE: Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, 1836 North Road, Warren,, will have a Trove of Treasure Sale 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. There will be crafters, collectibles and delectables.
WELLNESS ON WHEELS: The Warren City Health District's Wellness on Wheels will be on site 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Tod's Crossing, 1330 Blakely Circle SW, Warren. There will be no COVID-19/flu vaccine clinic on this day.
The Wellness on Wheels also will be on site 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at The Warren Farmers Market, 347 N. Park Ave., Warren.
