TRANSCRIBING DOCUMENTS: The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library will present a program on transcribing historical documents 3 to 5 p.m. today at the main library in the Harding Room. The event is free. The public can help transcribe historical documents from the library's collection. The public will not be handling any original documents, just photocopies, to ensure preservation of the original records.
