Ride to benefit Niles girl battling cancer

BENEFIT RIDE: A Ride for Scarlett will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Army Navy Garrison 422, 1850 N. State St. Proceeds from the ride will benefit Scarlett Rozier, a 12-year old Niles student battling a rare form of pediatric lung cancer. There will be biker games, a basket raffle, 50-50 drawing and chicken dinners.

CENTER FUNDRAISER: The Emmanuel Community Care Center, 2 N. State St., Girard, will have a fundraiser 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be breakfast for $7 per meal. There also will be a basket raffle.

CRAFT ACTIVITY: Girard Free Library, 105 E. Prospect St., will have a craft activity for teens at 3 p.m. Thursday with shrink and roar keychains.

VACCINE CLINIC: The Warren City Health District, 258 E. Market St., will be providing a COVID-19 vaccine clinic 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday. No appointment is needed.

WELLNESS ON WHEELS: The Warren City Health District's Wellness on Wheels will be onsite 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Morgandale Commons, 2345 Plaza Ave. NW, Warren.
