REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE: The Bristol Public Library will host Jennifer Jones, director of the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District, at 5 p.m. today. She will be presenting the basic need to reduce, reuse and recycle.
NORTH END GROUP TO MEET: The North End Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6 p.m. today at the Grant Room of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. Speakers will be Paul Makosky of the Warren Engineering Department and Councilwoman Tina Milner, D-2nd Ward. Discussion will be on North End Park, redistricting, overnight parking and other community concerns.
FUR, FEATHER AND SCALES: Raptor Hallow Sanctuary will present a program "Fur, Feather and Scales'" at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Woodland Park in McDonald. The organization will bring a variety of animals. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The program will explain the difference between birds, mammals and reptiles.
MOBILE MAMMOGRAPHY: The Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center Mobile Mammography Unit travels around northeast Ohio. The unit was created to deliver the most accurate prevention, early detection, diagnosis and support services in the region, and the center's mobile unit provides easier access to quality care to women all over the Mahoning Valley.

ST. PATRICK FESTIVAL: The 68th annual St. Patrick Church festival will run Thursday through Sunday at the church, 357 N. Main St., Hubbard.
The festival opens at 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 5 p.m. Saturday, and 1 p.m. Sunday. There will be parish-made food, rides, games and an indoor basket auction. Live entertainment is included Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with a children's matinee Sunday.
The grand prize raffle drawing will take place Sunday, with the winner receiving a new Chevrolet Trailblazer LT or $20,000; second prize of $1,000; and third and fourth prize winning $500 each.

TEACHER FLEA: The ESC of Eastern Ohio will host its third annual Teacher Flea from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, 7320 N. Palmyra Road, Canfield.
The event invites educators to shop gently used and budget-friendly classroom materials, supplies, decor, books, manipulatives and more -- sold by fellow teachers who are cleaning out their classrooms and closets ahead of the school year.
