NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: The North End Neighborhood Watch group (formerly the Roosevelt Area Neighborhood Watch group) will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Deliverance Temple Church, 1849 West Ave. (corner of West and Comstock). The speaker will be 2nd Ward City Councilwoman Tina Milner. The discussion will cover city ordinances pertaining to open burning, ATVs, curfews, street parking, high grass, noise ordinance and American Rescue Plan projects. SUMMER CAMP: Trumbull Career & Technical Center will offer summer camps where participants can experience different career explorations. Career Camp is June 1 and 2 and Manufacturing Camp is June 8 to 12. Career Camp is a $10 daily registration fee and is for children in grades seventh to 12th. Children can attend two sessions. Manufacturing Camp is $40 per camper. Children can choose from one of two tracks at the week-long camp. Register at tctchome.com.
READERS’ CLUB: McKinley Memorial LIbrary will present Mystery Readers Book Club at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the McKinley Birthplace Home, Niles. Participants will discuss “With a Vengeance” by Riley Sager.
VACCINE CLINIC: The Warren City Health District will provide a COVID-19/flu vaccine Clinic 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Health District, 258 E. Market St. No appointment is needed.
MOBILE MARKET: The McKinley Memorial LIbrary presents the Trumbull County Mobile Market and Trumbull County Children Services 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Trumbull County Mobile Market will return to the McKinley Memorial Library with fresh, nutritious produce and goods. This is a public event for anyone 18 and older in Trumbull County. Trumbull County Children Services also will be present to answer questions and share information about the services it offers.
HUBBARD ROTARY FUNDRAISER: The Hubbard Rotary is hosting the Sandman Project where Rotary members deliver sand to Hubbard children’s sandboxes as a service project to promote the power of play.
