Warren Mission sets Easter meal

WARREN MISSION EASTER: The Warren Family Mission, 155 Tod Ave. NW, will hold its 28th annual Easter dinner from noon to 2 p.m. Friday.
Families are welcome to a free meal featuring ham with pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, stuffing, rolls, dessert and more. Every child under 12 will receive a special Easter basket from the Easter Bunny. To-go meals will be available inside the building from noon to 2 p.m.
CANDIDATE NIGHT: The Trumbull County Democratic Party is hosting a candidate night for the public at 6 p.m. Thursday at Warren Harding High School, 860 Elm Road NE. The forum will take place in the cafetorium. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Scheduled speakers include Carl Setzer, candidate for U.S. Congress, District 14; William O’Neill, candidate for U.S. Congress, District 14; Maria Jukic, candidate for U.S. Congress, District 14; Kristen Rock, candidate for Trumbull County commissioner; Edward Stredney, candidate for Trumbull County auditor; and state central committee candidates.
AAUW MEETING: The American Association of University Women/Warren-Trumbull Chapter will meet Monday at the Brookfield Administration Building, 6844 Strimbu Drive.
A historical and celebrity program on AAUW, its members and successes will be led by Valerie Kokor.
