Monthly square dance set in Niles

SQUARE DANCE: The Friendly Squares will host its monthly square dance 7:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Niles SCOPE Center, 14 E. State St.. Gene Hammond will be the caller. This will be a high / low dance with alternating tips for new dancers taking lessons and tips for more experienced dancers. Dress is casual, and refreshments will be served. BOOK CRAWL: POP! Art Books Culture in Boardman will join six other northeast Ohio bookstores for the 2026 Spring Bookstore Crawl, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

Participants will receive a stamp card at any of the participating bookstores and use that card to collect stamps from participating bookstores. A completed card is eligible for prizes.

RUMMAGE SALE: The Braceville United Methodist Church, 589 Park Road SW, Newton Falls, will host its annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.

BUGGING OUT FOR BOOKS: The Warren Trumbull County Public Library will host the Family Book Day: Bugging Out for Books from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. The free event will feature activities for children of all ages.
