An executive session will take place to consider personnel matters involving a public employee and to conference with the law director regarding disputes that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.

• KINSMAN TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will meet at 2 p.m. at the township hall to discuss flooding issues with state and county officials.
