Belinda Weiss, a historian, Christmas enthusiast and director of the National McKinley Birthplace Museum in Niles, will share the history behind the classic Christmas carol. OPEN HOUSE: The Howland Historical Society will hold an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday for the historic Yellow House, 8702 South St. SE The house has been decorated for the holiday season. This will be the last open house until March.
