POP-UP MARKETS: The Warren Farmer Market will host two fall pop-up markets noon to 3 p.m. Thursday and Oct. 16 at North Park Commons, 347 N. Park Ave. in downtown Warren. The markets will feature seasonal favorites, live music and free yoga, along with a vibrant selection of local vendors offering fresh produce, handmade goods, fall decor and specialty foods. The Warren Farmers Market accepts cash, credit, SNAP, Produce Perks, WIC Coupons, SFMNP and WFM Gift Tokens.

ALZHEIMER’S WALK: The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Chapter is hosting the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s Saturday at the Watson and Tressel Training Site on the campus of Youngstown State University. Registration begins at 8:30 am with the Promise Garden Ceremony at 9:45 a.m. and the walk immediately afterward. Participation is free. Walkers and teams can set fundraising goals and earn incentives including T-shirts, backpacks, water bottles, blankets and more. FALL MARKET AND FUNDRAISER: The Ward-Thomas Estate and Greenhouse will host a fall market and fundraiser noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at 503 Brown St., Niles. The event features live music by Jimmy Mitrega, vendor booths, food trucks, kids’ games and activities, a liquor wagon raffle and a basket raffle The event benefits the Niles Historical Society and All About the Paws Rescue. Kids in costumes will receive a special treat at the concession stand

OPEN HOUSE: “Halloween at Harriet’s” Open House will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There will be spooky decorations and refreshments at the Harriet Taylor Upton House, 380 Mahoning Ave., Warren. This is a family-friendly event.

CHURCH YARD SALE: Liberty Bible Church, 2111 Sodom Hutchings Road NE, Vienna, is hosting a yard sale 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. All proceeds go to worldwide missions.

The church will host its fall festival 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 25. Featured will be games, face painting, bounce house, snacks and drinks.
