HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN WALK: The National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Museum and McKinley Memorial Library will co-host the sixth annual Halloween party and pumpkin walk 5 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The library’s courtyard will be lit with nearly 200 pumpkins carved by local schools and businesses. Shining Stars Dance and Baton will provide entertainment. Guests can visit the library for treats and spooky stories. The museum will have a trick or treat. For information, call Belinda at 330-652-4273. The event is being sponsored by the Friends of the Library and local organizations and businesses.

CONCERT AT CHURCH: Niles First Baptist Church, 26 E. Church St., will have the Kramers in concert at 6 p.m. Friday.

CHILDREN’S EVENT: The McKinley Memorial Library will present Kids Club: Upcycled-Word Pinback Buttons from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The event is for children ages 5 to 11 at the McKinley Birthplace Home to enjoy a fun activity related to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). This week, students will repurpose old materials and upcycle them into something new. Registration for this program is required at 330-652-1704, Ext. 4.

RAILROADERS LUNCHEON: All railroaders are invited to a luncheon meeting at 11 a.m. Wednesday at JP’s Pizzeria, 15946 state Route 170, East Liverpool. Any questions, contact Rocco at 330-853-3045.

SUPPORT GROUP: The Brain Injury Family Education and Survivors Support Group will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland Wilson Road, Warren. The support group, free of charge, is available to all survivors and family members and / or caregivers. The support group offers socialization and fundamental information and education about brain injury and common challenges survivors and families are confronted with.
