INDIAN CAMPFIRE: An Indian Campfire is being held at 8 p.m. today, at the Moss Ancestral Home, 1499 Burnett St., Mineral Ridge. Bill Moss, as Wowaton, will entertain with games and activities while you learn about the Native Americans.
The Moss Ancestral Home, built in the 1830s, will be open prior to the campfire from 6 to 8 p.m. with refreshments afterward. Bring a lawn chair. A rain date is scheduled for the same time Saturday.
The Moss Ancestral Home and Mineral Ridge Historical Society have open houses on the second Sunday of every month from April to November and will be open on their regularly scheduled day, from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
