FLEA MARKET AND CRAFT SHOW: The Friends of the Mosquito Lake Park will host a flea market and craft show 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the beach area and the woods. The event will be rain or shine. There will be a concession stand by the friends. Free shuttle service will be available.
CULINARY ADVENTURES: Culinary Adventures will be 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Lordstown Library. Culinary adventures is a free event for teens entering grades 7 through 12 to try a variety of foods each month. Foods that are popular throughout Asia are featured in July. Registration is required. SAFETY DAY: McDonald Village will host a Safety Day 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Woodland Park. Children will be able to explore police cruisers, fire trucks and other vehicles, and firefighters will be available to give tours of fire vehicles. Children 13 and under who bring their own bike helmet can earn a bike license certificate by completing a bike safety course.
