KEYS TO SPEAK AT MEETING: The Northwest Neighborhood Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Grace Methodist Church, located on Drexel Avenue NW, Warren. Guest speakers are Michael Keys, director of community development, and Lydia Lynch from TNP.
The association regularly collects new and clean used socks for the Warren Family Mission and nonperishable foods for the church food pantry.
MUSIC CLUB TO MEET: Warren Music Club, a member of the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs and the National Federation of Music Clubs, will meet at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the home of Karl and Jeannine Morris.
Students from Amanda Beagle's voice studio in Howland will present the program, and will participate March 9 in the festival sponsored by OFMC at the Dana School of Music.
A tea party honoring the performers will be served by Linda McCarthy and Pat Preusser following the program, which is open to the public.
SOCIETY TOURS: The Niles Historical Society will conduct tours of the Ward-Thomas Museum, 503 Brown St., from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Docents will welcome visitors and provide information on early Niles history. Also available will be a display of books on various Niles history topics published by the society. Last tour is at 4 p.m.
NAACP MEMBERSHIP: The Trumbull County NAACP will hold membership meetings on Saturday. The adult unit meeting will be held 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, at 1230 Palmyra Road (TCAP), Warren.
The youth unit meeting will be held 3:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, also at TCAP.
HEALTH FAIR: Churchill United Methodist Church, 189 Churchill Hubbard Road, Liberty, will hold a free health fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 9. The event will include the Joanie Abdu mobile mammography van, Mercy Health blood pressure checks and blood sugar screening, YSU dental hygiene, Liberty police and fire with information on the senior watch program and other services, and free refreshments.
CENTER FUNDRAISER: The Girard Multi-Generational Center will be holding a fundraiser beginning today.
The center will be raffling off a Yeti Booze Cooler.
Tickets are $20 each. The winner will be announced May 1.
