CELEBRATION OF YOUTH DAY: Grace A.M.E. Church is sponsoring a Celebration of Youth Day noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at 1137 Main Ave. SW, Warren.
The event, with the help of several organizations, will provide heath care resources and access to care. There also will be giveaways, with food and school supplies available. For children, there will be face painting, basketball contests, bounce house, jump rope, other games and free haircuts on site.

CONCERT ON THE LAWN: The Bristol Public Library, 1855 Greenville Road, Bristol, presents the band True Country at 4 p.m. Sunday. Jim Hein and Ron Stowe will perform gospel and classic country music from the 1950s through the 1990s. Bring a blanket or lawn chair.
Parking for the free event is available at the park across the street from the library. The concert will take place rain or shine.
FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY: Howland Food Truck Friday will be 6 to 9 p.m. today at Richard Orwig Park, 8189 E. Market St. There will be various food vendors. Live music by Ruby Hornsby-Mountain Soul Music.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL: Boy Scout Troop 101 and the Howland Police Department will hold a back-to-school supply drive 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the troop building, 3002 Reeves Road, Warren. Donations can be dropped off 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Howland police station, 169 Niles Cortland Road NE. For questions, call Brian at 330-980-8604.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL: Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 405 Depot St., Niles, will hold a back-to-school event 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday. There will be school supplies and food.
SCHOOL FESTIVAL: One Village Community Outreach will hold No Child Left Behind Back-to-School festival noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Trumbull Homes office complex. Free backpacks, school supplies and food will be available. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian with an adult photo ID to receive a free backpack.
DANCE CLUB LESSONS: USA Dance Youngstown-Warren Chapter 2015 will host cha-cha lessons, sponsored by Evgeniya Zyryanova and Sergei Ivanov of Fred Astaire Boardman Studio starting 5 p.m. Sunday at Avon Oaks Ballroom, Girard.
General dancing will be 6:30 to 9 p.m. and is open to the public. The cost is $10 for club members, $15 for non-members and $3 for students.
