EGYPTIAN FESTIVAL: An Egyptian Festival celebrating the Feast of St. Marina and St. Abanoub will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and noon to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at St. Mary and St. John the Beloved Coptic Orthodox Monastery for Nuns, 8640 Squires Lane, Howland.
COMMUNITY APPRECIATION: The Gibson Agency of Girard will host its annual Community Appreciation Day 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at its offices, 984 Tibbetts Wick Road in Girard.
The event is open to the public and food will be provided. Giveaway items also will be up for grabs.
Gibson asks that those attending bring a nonperishable donation for the food drive to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley. The most needed items are peanut butter, cereal, tuna, canned vegetables, canned fruit and dry pasta.
To make a donation to Second Harvest without attending the event, drop off items at the Gibson Insurance offices during regular business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
STAMP CLUB MEETS: The Warren Stamp Club will host its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Panera Bread Community Room, 3641 Elm Road NE, Warren.
MARRIAGE SEMINAR; Greater Apostolic Faith Church in Warren will host a marriage seminar 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, 3571 Tod Ave. NW, Warren.
SPIRITUAL HEALING: The Unity Spiritual Centre, 1226 Naylor Lloyd Road, Liberty, will offer an evening of spiritual healing at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The session will be conducted by Bryan Baskett, who is a Reiki master. For information, call the center at 330-539-0122.
