62ND ANNIVERSARY: Trinity Baptist Church, 235 Highland Ave. SW is celebrating its 62nd church anniversary 10 a.m. Sunday. Guest speaker is Bishop Leo Ferguson, Minister of Music at Trinity Baptist. Host pastor is the Rev. Darryl L. Rodgers Sr.
PASTOR ANNIVERSARY: First Missionary Baptist Church of Mesopotamia will mark the second pastoral anniversary for Pastor Sam Smith at 4 p.m. Sunday. Smith had previously served as pastor at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Warren. Guest speaker is Pastor Archie MacMillan of Because of Him Ministry. Musical guests are the Mighty Golden Winders.
FIRST FRIDAY CLUB: First Friday Club of Greater Youngstown 2022-23 Speaker Series season will present speaker Tony Agnesi on May 4.
Agnesi is a 57-year veteran of the broadcast industry and a member of the Radio and Television Hall of Fame. He is the senior vice president of the Rubber City Radio Group in Akron. A nationally recognized inspirational speaker, Agnesi is the author of three Amazon Inspirational bestsellers. His blog, "Finding God's Grace in Everyday Life," was named one of the top 100 Catholic blogs worldwide. Agnesi is a member of the Catholic Writers Guild and is a frequent contributor to Christian publications.
Agnesi will present "Be Someone's Angel" at 11:30 a.m. May 4 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield. An opportunity for participants' questions will follow. The presentation begins at noon. Cost is $20. Call by April 28 at 330-720-4498.
WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION: The Diocese of Youngstown will hold a Wedding Anniversary celebration 2 p.m. May 7 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown to honor couples married 25, 40, 50 and more. The event will include Mass with Bishop David Bonnar. Couples planning to attend must make a reservation by contacting the parish's office because space is limited. One or both spouses must be Catholic. A second wedding anniversary celebration will be Oct. 15 at the Basilica of St. John in Canton.
FIRST SUNDAY SPEAKER: First Presbyterian Church will have guest speaker Dr. Anthony Montevideo at 11:15 a.m. May 7. Montevideo is a case manager with Niles Treatment Services, Pinnacle Treatment Services. He received his doctorate of dental surgery in 1994 from The Ohio State University. He was the dental director at the Trumbull County jail and at CCA prison from 1999 to 2003. Montevideo was outreach director and assistant men's director at the Warren Family Mission from 2010 to 2012 and outreach director for Western Michigan Teen Challenge, 2013 to 2015. He will educate those with substance-use disorder and assist in giving individuals hope on the recovery journey and address the issue of stigma involved with those individuals diagnosed.
WOMEN"S FELLOWSHIP: The Deaconess Ministry of Second Baptist Church of "A House of Hope" in Warren will host a Women's Fellowship 11 a.m. Sunday at Agape Assembly Church, 426 Nevada Ave., Warren. The event is titled "Refresh Restore, Renew" and is a day to minister to the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of women. Featured topics and activities are self-care and benefits of therapeutic massage, and refresh your strength. The free event is open to women.
ANNIVERSARY SET: First Baptist Church, 1300 Cedar St. SW of Braceville will celebrate its 100th anniversary on Aug. 26 and 27 with a celebratory banquet at Aulizio's Banquet Center on Aug. 26. Tickets are $35 for adults and $20 for children younger than 12. Tickets can be purchased at the church from 2 to 3 p.m. Sundays, or from any First Baptist member.
CENTER PROGRAM: Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center, 2067 Evergreen Road, Villa Maria, Pa., will offer Zentangle with Paulette Kirschensteiner from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 22.

BIBLE CLASS CANCELED: Unity Spiritual Centre Girard, 1226 Naylor Lloyd Road, Liberty, has canceled its Bible class for today and will resume 10 a.m. May 20.
