HEALTH / WELLNESS FAIR IN NILES: The McKinley Memorial Library and Niles Parks and Recreation Department will present the second annual Health and Wellness Fair 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Niles Wellness Center. The first 500 attendees will receive a free bag. More than 45 exhibitors will be on hand. Attendees will be given passports, and after getting 10 exhibitor stamps, the passport will be entered into raffles for items donated by the exhibitors. Exhibitors include Mercy Health, Steward Health Care, Trumbull County Combined Health District and many others focusing on early childhood through senior care, and both mental and physical health. The Kids Zone will have activities and games, and Bounce Houses sponsored by the Scrappers. Free screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C, hearing and stroke risk assessments. The E-Health Tech Lab also will be demonstrating the latest health gadgets and tools. Exercise classes and pickleball instruction also will take place. The event is free to the public.
MUSIC PERFORMANCE: Warren Music Club, a member of the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs and the National Federation of Music Clubs, will meet at 3 p.m. today at the home of Karl and Jeannine Morris. The program will be presented by club members' students attending the OFMC Festival on Saturday at the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University. Students will be evaluated by two judges on their performance at the festival. Nelya Stefanides, program chair, has invited students of Amanda Beagle and Robin Super, as well as her own students, to perform their required and choice numbers they have prepared for the festival. Sabrina Baskett will play the solo part of "Concerto in Classical Style" 2nd movement by M. Mier, which she will play at the festival. She will be accompanied by her teacher on a second piano for the concerto. Many of the selections have been written by American composers. The public is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.

MOVIE NIGHT: The Trumbull Soil and Water Conservation District Movie Night will be 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Trumbull County Agriculture and Family Education Center, 520 W. Main Street, Cortland. The topic is exploring amazing animals in miniature form.
