APPLE FEST AT PARK: The Howland Farmers Market will have an apple fest theme 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Richard Orwig Park on East Market Street by Howland High School. The event will include apple tasting, a candy apple bar and apple games.

DENTAL FOR VETERANS: Dr. Joseph Bedich and his staff from The Center For Progressive Dentistry in Cortland will be offering free dental care to veterans at their Fifth Annual Day of Dentistry. Over the past four years, Dr. Bedich has provided free dental care to more than 160 veterans. The services that will be provided include dental cleanings, fillings and extractions. ROBOTICS TEAM HOSTS CRAFT / TRUNK SALE: The Champion High School robotics team, The Lightning Bots, will host its fifth craft show and trunk sale 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Champion High School gym and parking lot. Products range from baked goods and candles to homemade decorations, clothes and accessories.
