For anyone looking for heating and cooling services, Aeras HVAC & Refrigeration may be just the place to call.

Found along East Market Street in downtown Warren, Aeras is an HVAC company that works to provide heating and cooling services to Northeast Ohio. Rather than being a franchise or corporate branch, Aeras is a local business owned by Dino and Jenna Culetsu.

“We’re locally owned,” Dino Culetsu said. “So all the money that you’re putting into calling a locally owned company, no matter what it is … that money gets redistributed into the community that you live in.”

Those local ties show, as Aeras has proven its commitment to giving back to the community by serving the city of Warren, Niles City Schools, the Howland Township Administration Office and other various local businesses in the Valley.

“We do all Niles City Schools ice machines,” Culetsu said.

Aside from Warren, Aeras had a ribbon cutting for its second location in Boardman on Monday. The business will help anyone in a 40-mile radius of either.

“We will go as far as Cleveland (or) Pittsburgh,” Culetsu said.

Among the residential and commercial HVAC services that Aeras provides, they also provide commercial refrigeration services, and whole home duct cleaning at a fraction of the cost.

Something Culetsu emphasized was that Aeras tries to be more affordable compared to other companies, and fair to its customers.

“We try to be reasonable with most customers. I know a lot of companies out here are charging like $700, 800 to $1,000 for duct cleaning,” he said. “We just set a standard price. Every house is the same no matter the square footage, as long as you only have one unit.”

Aeras is known for its $50 residential service call, making it affordable for anyone who may experience an issue with their heating or cooling system to get it looked at and fixed right without breaking the bank.

Aeras tries to provide an affordable service option for all by offering senior, teacher, first responder and military/veteran discounts.
