The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corp. declared on Thursday a regular quarterly dividend of $1.26 per share.
The dividend is payable in cash on Jan. 5 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 5.
In a news release, Kimberly-Clark said it has paid a dividend for 91 consecutive years and has increased its dividend for 53 consecutive years.
The company also announced that it will have its next annual shareholder meeting May 14.
