An expert in leadership strategies will be the guest speaker 11 a.m. Feb. 20 at the Youngstown Country Club,1402 Country Club Drive, Youngstown.

Michael Ross, principal at High Performance, will launch Leadership Mahoning Valley’s new Lessons in Leadership speaker series. The luncheon event is titled “Lead Your Day, Lead Your Year.”

Participants will discover tips and strategies for leading each day to set the stage for a successful year ahead.

Ross has worked with hundreds of business owners and executives, from large corporations to small businesses, helping them become more effective leaders who inspire employees and grow revenues.

Participants will have the opportunity to elevate their leadership skills and connect with fellow professionals. Educational programs will be presented on various leadership topics throughout the year and will feature local and regional leadership experts.

Registration and networking will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch and the program. The cost is $40 per person.
