Poland-based certified public accounting and consulting firm, Bodine and Company LLC, is growing with the acquisition of Cerimele, Meyer and Wray LLC, another Youngstown-area certified public accounting company.

Details of the transaction were not announced.

“This strategic combination brings together two exceptional companies with extensive experience and expertise in providing a comprehensive range of tax, audit, accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to multistate large companies in a variety of industries, including construction, health care, manufacturing, transportation, technology and finance,” a news release Friday states.

Said Matt Bodine, founder of Bodine and Company, the industry expertise of Cerimele, Meyer and Wray “perfectly complements our existing offerings, allowing us to provide even more comprehensive solutions to all of our combined clients.”

Bodine founded the firm in 2021 after initially founding his former firm in 2002, according to the company’s website. Messages seeking further comment were left with Bodine on Friday.
