First Fridays Youngstown moves to the Wick Avenue Corridor for November. Several venues on or near Wick Avenue will have special programming from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday. The Jazz in the Park All Stars will perform Saturday at the Columbiana Arts Theater. The W.D. Packard Concert Band will honor those who served in the military with its pre-Veterans Day Concert. Galen S.
