YOUNGSTOWN — No one will be creating a “Burn Book” about Millennial Theatre Company’s production of “Mean Girls.” What “burns” could they possibly write? The cast is too capable. I laughed too much. No wonder the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland is building an addition. It’s going to need room for all of the new inductees. The class of 2026 was announced this week.
