Rock frontmen team up for concert

The lead singers from three '90s bands will team up for a tour coming to Packard Music Hall that will mix their hits with holiday songs.

Ezra Ray Hart features Kevin Griffin from Better than Ezra, whose modern rock hits include "Good," "In the Blood," "King of New Orleans" and "Desperately Waiting"; Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray, whose hits include "Fly," "Every Morning," "Someday" and "When It's Over"; and Emerson Hart of Tonic, best known for "If You Could Only See."

The "'90s Hits & Xmas Riffs" tour will start Nov. 20 in Pittsburgh, and Warren will be one of the first stops with an 8 p.m. show Nov. 22 at Packard Music Hall. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m.

Warwick announces Warren date

Five-time Grammy winner Dionne Warwick will perform Oct. 24 at the Robins Theatre.

Warwick's hits include "Do You Know the Way to San Jose," "Say a Little Prayer," "Walk on By" and "Alfie." She joined Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Gladys Knight on the song "That's What Friends Are For," which raised money for AIDS research. She also was one of the vocalists on charity single "We Are the World" and performed at Live Aid.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
