The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren, will host a program on elder fraud at 6 p.m. Aug. 1.
The FBI will present information on current fraud schemes, available victim support resources and ways to avoid becoming a fraud victim.
