Chloe Wells and Brad Flynn, both of Tampa, Fla., are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Thomas (formerly of Youngstown) and Mandy Wells of Palm Harbor, Fla. Parents of the groom-elect are William Ray Flynn of Bardstown, Ky., and Cheryl George Osborne of Trinity, Fla.

Miss Wells is a 2012 graduate of Florida State University and 2017 graduate of Stetson College of Law. She is employed by the State of Florida as an assistant state attorney.

Mr. Flynn attended Ivy Tech in Sellersburg, Ind. He is employed by First National Technology Services (FNTS) of Omaha, Neb., remotely as a Microsoft 365 Architect.

The couple are formulating plans for upcoming nuptials.
