Educational Series: Eat Good, Feel Good

What: Community members are invited to take a step toward better health with the upcoming program, a three-part educational series focused on simple, practical ways to improve everyday nutrition and overall well-being. Each session is designed to provide participants with realistic strategies, helpful tips, and easy ideas to make healthier food choices that fit into their daily lives. All classes will be taught by OSU Extension Mahoning County’s Family and Consumer Sciences Educator LuAnn Duncan.

Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions to get the full experience and build a strong foundation for lasting lifestyle changes. The program emphasizes that what we eat directly impacts how we feel — physically and mentally — and aims to empower individuals with knowledge they can immediately apply.
