The exhibit documents 152 miracles of the Eucharist that the Vatican has confirmed with panels cataloged by St. Carlo Acutis, who was canonized by Pope Leo XIV in September. Acutis, who died of leukemia in 2006 at the age of 15, was an English-born Italian Catholic teenager known for his devotion to the Eucharist and his use of digital media to promote Catholic devotion. FIRST FRIDAY CLUB: The First Friday Club of Greater Youngstown will meet at noon Feb. 5 with guest speaker Margie Cretella, sister of the late Rev. Steven Popovich. Cretella will present “Have You Seen My Brother? Discovering That God Is Good When in a Tragedy,” at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road in Canfield.

Cretella has lived a life deeply shaped by faith, family and service after years of teaching and directing pre-kindergarten programs in Austintown and later working with students at Summit Academy. Her greatest spiritual journey began when her brother, Fr. Steven Popovich, was paralyzed in an accident. Cretella turns a decade of journaling into a book that captures her family’s powerful story of chaos, courage, devotion and grace.

There will be an opportunity for participants’ questions following the talk. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., with the presentation beginning at noon.
