SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET: The Parkinson's Support Group is an opportunity for people with
Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers to meet with others affected by PD.

MOBILE MAMMOGRAPHY: The Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center Mobile Mammography Unit will be traveling around northeast Ohio throughout March.

ALZHEIMER'S ON FACEBOOK: The Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter's next Caregiver Corner will be at noon Thursday.
The series includes question-and-answer periods on topics ranging from how to care for oneself as a caregiver, how to address eating and nutrition issues for your loved one, and traveling with the loved one. The free sessions are broadcast the last Thursday of each month at noon on the Association's Facebook page at www.

ADDICTION HELP MEETINGS: SMART Recovery's four-point program is the organization's flagship secular program serving those with addictive behavior, including both substance and activity / process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead mutual support group discussions 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday on topics such as building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges and cravings, managing thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and living a balanced life.
Related tools consistent with evidence-based motivational and cognitive behavioral theories are also offered and discussed.
