CITY HEALTH DISTRICT: The Warren City Health District has announced dates for the Wellness on Wheels mobile health unit and vaccine clinics.
Wellness on Wheels mobile unit will be at Community Volunteer Council, 1642 W. Market St., Warren, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, Christy House, 1919 Main Ave. SW, Warren; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dollar General, 1851 Tod Ave. SW, Warren.
A COVID-19 / flu clinic will be offered from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Warren City Health District, 258 E. Market St., Warren. No appointment is necessary.
The updated COVID-19 vaccine is available at the Warren City Health District for those who are eligible for the new Bridge Access Program which was recently launched by the CDC. Contact the Warren City Health District to see if you are eligible for this program before coming for COVID vaccination.

ST. JOE'S AT THE MALL: St. Joe's at Eastwood Mall regular hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All classes are open to anyone with a St. Joe's at the Mall membership. Screenings and programs are open to the public. Call 330-652-7542 for information or an appointment.

NAR-ANON GROUP TO MEET: NAR-ANON Family Group meeting will be 7 p.m. Wednesdays in Girard. NAR-ANON was established to give support and hope to those who have a friend or loved one suffering from addiction.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Celebrate Recovery support group for those recovering from addiction or any mental health issue, meets 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays at 6779 Belmont Ave., Girard.

ADDICTION HELP MEETINGS: SMART Recovery's four-point program is the organization's flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity / process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead mutual support group discussions 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday on topics such as building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges and cravings, managing thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and living a balanced life.
Related tools consistent with evidence-based motivational and cognitive behavioral theories are also offered and discussed.

DEI COLLABORATIVE: The Trumbull-Mahoning DEI Collaborative has partnered with Cadence Care Network in an effort to help replenish local pantries and closets after the holiday season and throughout the year.
In order to help address this issue, the Trumbull-Mahoning DEI Collaborative began the Continuing the Care Initiative, which will focus on securing funding that will be used to purchase items in bulk that will be distributed to local foods and pantries as needed throughout the year.
