WALKING CLASS: The Autumn Walking Class at Packard Park continues 5 to 6 p.m. every Monday, weather permitting. The class meets at the goose pond next to the baseball field in Packard Park.
Stepping Out offers many free walking classes but the class in Packard Park is the first evening class and walk located in Warren.

NAR-ANON GROUP TO MEET: NAR-ANON Family Group meeting will be 7 p.m. Wednesdays in Girard. NAR-ANON was established to give support and hope to those who have a friend or loved one suffering from the disease of addiction.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Celebrate Recovery support group for those recovering from addiction or any mental health issue, meets 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays at 6779 Belmont Ave., Girard.
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) OH 1353, Leavittsburg, meets at 6 p.m. every Monday at First Community Church, 4640 W. Market St., Leavittsburg. Weigh-in is at 5:30 p.m. For information, call 330-219-3370.
ADDICTION HELP MEETINGS: SMART Recovery’s four-point program is the organization’s flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity / process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions from 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday on topics such as building and maintaining motivation; coping with urges and cravings; managing thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and living a balanced life.
Related tools consistent with evidence-based motivational and cognitive behavioral theories are also offered and discussed.

ST. JOE’S AT THE MALL: St. Joe’s at Eastwood Mall regular hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All classes are open to anyone with a St. Joe’s at the Mall membership. SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS: The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter makes Alzheimer’s caregiver support groups available for free to all caregivers, family members and friends with a loved one affected by the disease or another form of dementia.
