COPING WITH GRIEF: McKinley Memorial Library is offering a one-time grief support session focusing on coping with grief during the holiday season, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. today.

WELLNESS ON WHEELS: The Warren City Health District's Wellness on Wheels mobile health unit will visit the following locations:

The Wellness on Wheels mobile unit continues providing health and health education services to city residents.

OSTOMY SUPPORT: The Youngstown Area Ostomy Support Group will meet 6 p.m. Wednesday, at the Tibbetts Wick home-care office, 979 Tibbetts Wick Road, Suite A, Girard.
The group offers education, encouragement and support to anyone whose life is affected by an ostomy.

ADDICTION HELP MEETINGS: SMART Recovery's 4-Point Program is the organization's flagship secular program serving those with an addictive behavior, including both substance and activity / process addictions. Trained volunteer facilitators lead effective mutual support group discussions from 7 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday on topics such as building and maintaining motivation; coping with urges and cravings; managing thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and living a balanced life

GRIEF CHAT: The Warren Senior Citizens Center, 375 N. Park Ave., Warren, in collaboration with HarmonyCares Hospice, is hosting a Grief Chat group at 2 p.m. on Nov. 13 and 27.
The purpose of the group is to provide emotional, spiritual and moral support for one another in a safe environment giving them a forum in which to search for meaning and healing.

WALKING CLASS: The Autumn Walking Class at Packard Park will be 5 to 6 p.m. every Monday. The class will meet at the goose pond next to the baseball field in Packard Park, weather permitting, and will continue until the weather becomes too cold.
Stepping Out offers many free walking classes but the class in Packard Park is the first evening class and walk located in Warren.
