WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge ruled Tuesday that the dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the Constitution and blocked billionaire Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency from further cuts to the agency. Trumbull Regional, Hillside to begin closure process in September

WARREN — Trumbull Regional Hospital and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital are expected to begin an “orderly closure process” Sept. 19, according to a spokesperson with Steward Health Care, which filed bankruptcy May 6.
