Dieter Memorial Scholarship opens The Trumbull County Tennis Association is taking applicants for the Gary Dieter Memorial Scholarship. To be eligible, applicants must be graduating seniors who are T.C.T.A members and played varsity tennis. The Youngstown State men’s basketball team’s losing streak in Horizon League play extended to six games on Thursday. Despite leading by one at halftime, the Penguins struggled to stop the Raiders, falling on the road 93-83 at the Nutter Center in Dayton.
