LIBERTY — A Bristolville woman’s court case through Warren Municipal Court has been reopened months later after Liberty police arrested her on an active warrant Sunday evening. Alicia Beckwith, 34, was set to appear in Warren Municipal Court Monday on two fifth-degree drug possession charges, but the court docket states she refused to appear via video. She’s set to appear in Girard Municipal Court today for drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments charges.
