WARREN TOWNSHIP — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a semi truck rollover crash Tuesday on Route 422 near Route 5. Reports indicate the OSP was called to the crash around 9 a.m. and found the semi truck rolled over in the eastbound lane of U.S. 422 near the Route 5 / 82 ramp in Warren Township. Reports indicate the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
